Returns

All products will be inspected before being sent. If for any reason they have any malfunction or are not of the customer satisfaction we guarantee its exchange or refund the money within a period of 14 days in accordance with the Portuguese law. 

The goods must be returned in the original package in perfect condition of presentation and operation, packages of software and packs of instructions manuals may not have been violated or open. 

The refund is credited to your account for future orders. On orders with free shipping a fee of 4 Euros will be deduced to cover the order shipping fees.
