You can view our showcase browsing menu on the left side for categories and directly order the desired products by clicking buy buttom. Prices do not include VAT.
The system records your order giving you the opportunity to select quantities and continue to add products. At all time you can view the contents of your shopping cart in the menu on the right side.
When satisfied you may confirm the order. For this it is necessary to register on the site if you didn´t earlier and login with your username and password. If there has been any products added to your shopping cart previsous they will be added to your current cart.

Finally it is presented a list of sub-totals with description, quantities, prices and Total. Choose the desired method of transport and payment. You can write a comment or additional information, suggestion or request.
Once the order is confirmed a page apears with the summary of the purchase.

You will also receive an e-mail with the details of the order and any additional information relating to payments. Before shipment of the goods you may be contacted for any confirmation or advice.

Only accept cash in advance. Contact directly with your prefered institution of credit as we do not have contract with any in particular.

Returns

All products will be inspected before being sent. If for any reason they have any malfunction or are not of the customer satisfaction we guarantee its exchange or refund the money within a period of 14 days in accordance with the Portuguese law.

The goods must be returned in the original package in perfect condition of presentation and operation, packages of software and packs of instructions manuals may not have been violated or open.

The refund is credited to your account for future orders.

Guarantee from Manufacturer

In most cases the manufacturer sets a guarantee deadline for their products covering all defects in manufacturing and malfunction during that period. The time depends on the manufacturer and the product concerned. Due to the fragility of certain electronic components to become damaged due to incorrect unprotected anti-static handling or outside the manufacturers specifications use without any visible physical damage it is not given any guarantee to electronic components which do not constitute in itself a functional product except for those with guarantee has been given explicitly by the manufacturer.
