Description: This is a simple breadboard friendly potentiometer. The outer two pins will always show 10K resistance, the center pin resistance will vary from 0Ω to about 10KΩ.
It comes bundled with a spindle cursor, making it easy to use and turn. The spindle has a larger ring at the middle, this makes it easy to place inside a box and hold the spindle in place without loosing contact with the pot.
This linear potentiometer is perfect for quick testing an ADC, setting a sound control volume, control a PWM signal among other tasks. We use these in our Physical Computing Kit for the Arduino. |
